Amber helped dissolve these harmful & painful thought patterns. I was able to refocus on attainable goals with regard to every day, my diet and exercise and building my business and really my overall satisfaction with daily life. I feel more relaxed with simply being. I feel my energy is better. I see myself as having more choices rather than having no choice in so many health and mindset matters. Amber asks great questions, cares about what works and what doesn’t, and she exudes a kind yet persuasive demeanor. I very much enjoyed our sessions. I speak from the heart when I say that unless you get your mindset right first—efforts toward change will fail or be short lived. This may seem simplistic to work on your mind first and then set out on your journey of change, but it is necessary.
